Each year the Belle Vernon Youth Soccer Club hosts a Summer Soccer Camp open to all members of our Club. The camp this season is one of the best offered in our area with the finest training available. To help offset the cost of this year’s camp, we will be holding a Galiffa’s hoagie sale. Funds raised will go towards your player’s camp fee. For each hoagie sold, that player will earn $2.00 toward the cost of this year’s camp, visit the web site to print out order forms/tally sheets for the fund raiser.
Players should turn in a copy of the order form to their coach with the player’s name and phone number clearly marked. Coaches should turn in a “tally sheet” (include Coach’s name, phone number and team name) for their entire team to Jason Demko or a board member at the concession stand. All orders with payment are due no later than Saturday, May 1st. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make checks payable to: BVA Youth Soccer Club.
Orders will be ready for pickup on Thursday May 13th between 6:30 and 8:00 at the concession stand. All orders will be given out as a team and distributed through a team representative. Each team needs to send one person minimum to pick up the team’s order and help sort hoagies. Team reps need to have with them a copy of the team’s tally sheet and player’s order forms for order verification. Hoagies cannot be stored by the Club so they must be picked up at this time. Feel free to use the picnic tables as a staging area for your parents to pick up the hoagies.
