2010 Fall Soccer Registration

While we evaluate a new online registration process, please continue to use the forms below for both travel and inhouse players. Our new registration is coming soon. This year the BVA Youth Soccer Club will be doing in person registrations. All dates, times, and locations are listed below.

Please remember we need a copy of your childes birth certificate for both travel and inhouse. For all travel players U-10 and up we need your birth certificate and a Picture for the player cards. Photos should be a head shot not larger than 1 inch by 1 inch. We can not register them through PA West without this information. You can mail this information to the address on the forms.

Earlybird Registration $30.00 - May 15th or May 22nd from 9:00am until Noon at the concession stand.

Regular Registration $40.00 - July 10th or July 24th at the Municipal Building 10:00am until 1:00pm.

Late Registration $75.00 - After July 24th. Please note, registrations after July 24th are NOT guaranteed a spot on the roster.

Volunteer Fees are $75.00 - This is per family.

When you show up for registration you MUST have all required paperwork with you or you will be turned away. That includes: registration form, birth certificate "copy", a RECENT photo "head shot no larger than 1 inch by 1 inch", for all players U8 and up, and two checks. One for the registration fee and one for the volunteer fee of $75.00. Your volunteer check will be torn up after you have completed your assigned duty.
